Executive Director
The Executive Director embraces the vision of Su Casa De Esperanza; leads the day-to-day operations of the two centers; supports the Board with regard to Su Casa’s direction and organizational priorities, provides effective supervision while coaching and mentoring the staff; secures funding for priority initiatives; serves as an active and visible liaison to the community; and collaborates with community partners to ensure that Su Casa continues to provide early learning experiences and support services to infants, toddlers, and preschool children in partnership with families now and in the future. Reporting to and working closely with the Chair of the Board and other members of the Board, the Executive Director will manage a dedicated staff of nine (9) and will work to ensure Su Casa De Esperanza remains fiscally sound. Additionally, the Executive Director will oversee program effectiveness, and will work in partnership with a team of board, staff, and community partners to ensure every child will have good health, strong family support, and positive early learning experiences to reach their full potential.
